What shipping methods are available?

All orders will be shipped with our local shipping partner.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently limited to some countries within the EU and the US.

How long will it take to get my package?

Delivery in the Netherlands may take 1-2 working days to arrive after shipment. International Orders may take as long as 3 weeks to arrive but mostly arrive within 7 days.

Packaging

Artwork will be shipped in a tube, this is for transportation purposes only. Please remove your print as soon as possible and store flat.


Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made through Paypal. All payments are processed in Euro.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, even if you don’t have a PyaPal account you can still pay with your credit card through PayPal.


Orders & Returns

How can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped you can cancel your order. To cancel your order please mail to hello@wolfstak.com. Once your order has been shipped, canceling is no longer possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can still order with us without an account. If you like to order with us again or like to track your order, you can easily create an account during the checkout process.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take the utmost care when packaging your order. However alot can happen during transport. If your order arrives damaged, you need to inform us within 3 working days after delivery, and show us photographic evidence of the damage. You can than receive a new product or get a refund.

Can I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, you need to inform us within 3 working days after delivery. We will than discuss the best way to return the product. All returns must be approved in advance, please email hello@wolfstak.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
